Goals
Foster support and connection for every Allegheny County family during the transition from pregnancy to life with a new baby.
Address and decrease infant and maternal mortality rates, aiming to eliminate racial disparities.
Ensure equitable access to high-quality, affordable, community-informed and co-developed services and resources, including basic needs, from pregnancy to age 3.
Develop and maintain a skilled workforce to serve the prenatal to three needs of Allegheny County families and the community.
Implement a holistic and tiered approach to provide family-focused, tailored support, emphasizing assistance for those with the greatest need.
